With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Samantha Bradley is the Practice Manager for Afshar & Machaalani Group Private Wealth Management. In this role, she is instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for clients and their families. 

Before joining the team, Samantha spent nearly two decades in senior leadership roles at a leading Canadian financial institution. Most notably, she served as an Area Manager overseeing a team of investment specialists across Alberta and Saskatchewan. Her career has spanned over multiple areas including investment and lending strategy, small business advising, client experience development, and branch leadership. 

Samantha is known for building and leading high-performing teams and consistently delivering results with a client-first approach. In the Practice Manager role, Samantha brings a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and a collaborative leadership style to everything she does. She is deeply committed to supporting the team in delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring that every detail aligns with each family's goals and helping them navigate complex financial decisions with clarity, confidence, and care. 

Outside of her professional role, Samantha is a dedicated community member and volunteer. She spends much of her time managing youth hockey teams and supporting local sports organizations. When not at the rink cheering on her two sons, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and family.
